Sligo Woman in Business Feature

It’s been nearly 4 years since Claudia McGloin moved back to Sligo after 14 years in London to set up the Claudia McGloin Clinic, an Advanced Medical Aesthetic and Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic. Since then she has proved that she is an epitome for female entrepreneurs as she runs a very busy & successful clinic which is now one of Ireland’s leading Medical Aesthetic Clinics.

The clinic specialises in Advanced Medical Aesthetic Non-Surgical & Minor Surgical Procedures as well as Orthopaedic and Vascular Procedures.

The Claudia McGloin Clinic was Runner Up in last years ‘Best New Business’ category in the Sligo Business Awards and now the clinic is a finalist in the ‘Best Clinic Ireland’ category of the Aesthetic Awards 2015 which will take place in London in December. She has also been nominated for 'Aesthetic Nurse of the Year' at the British Journal of Nursing Awards 2016.

Claudia has patients traveling from all over Ireland, Northern Ireland & the UK which also include a few celebrities that absolutely love her subtle & natural treatments.

Nicknamed the PRP Queen, Claudia is well known for her Dracula Therapy procedure and has recently co-created a brand new medical procedure with Dr Daniel Sister called Rejuvula for Vagina Rejuvenation which is aimed at menopausal women who also suffer with Urine Incontinence.

She has received worldwide media coverage with this procedure and has been featured in the Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan, Closer, Metro, New York Post to name but a few and has also been asked to appear on ITV's This Morning.

She is currently the only medical practitioner offering this procedure which is only available in Sligo and in London where Claudia works on a weekly basis.

She is about to commence training doctors in this procedure at the end of this month and has also contributed to a medical book as well as medical journals.

With lots more up her sleeve for the coming months, this is one Woman in Business to watch.
